As far as I know the J1 VISA is through 7 years.I wish to do Hem/Onc fellowship which is 3 years. If I do reasearch in Oncology to make myself more favourable to get into fellowship- I wish to do more research for 1-3 years. Is it possible for any extension for 3 years of J1 visa to complete my fellowship? Link to comment
