palad1s Posted March 17, 2014 Report Share Posted March 17, 2014 Hello everyone, I have recently filed for h1b extension under normal processing, I have not yet received the receipt yet. But based on the check deposit by USCIS, we could see the receipt number and I can check the status of the petition online. My question is, can I expedite my process to Premium processing without the actual receipt by USCIS but just the case number? We did not receive the receipt from USCIS, or do we need to wait till the receipt arrives through post? Please help me out as I need to travel out of country immediately. Link to comment
