suumm
I have a question about my case. I had filed my case in Cross-Chargeability EB2 process. Me India and my wife Nepal. Processing dates are Current for Nepal under EB2 category. I-140 received by embassy on 12/03/2010 - Initial review stage. (Non premium filing). I-131 received by embassy on 11/22/2010 - Initial review stage. I-765 received by embassy on 11/23/2010 - Initial review stage. I-485 received by embassy on 11/23/2010 - Initial review stage. We have received Bio metrics appointment for 02/02/2011. Can some one tell me what will be the next step of the process. As it is more than two months will there be any additional information request from the embassy. How much time will it usually take for cases that are filed under current processing date. CanadaIndianGuy
As far as I know, it took around 4-5 months for us to receive GC( in end of 2010) after I filed my i485 under X- chargeability . I am guessing, biometrics/FP must be the last step. My wife had received an RFE regarding her medicals vaccination records. So, she received her GC a month after I received. Good luck.. Belle
None of those petitions go to embassy. Either you are confused where they go, or you are not in AOS. Link to comment
suumm
Hi Belle, I am sorry for the confusion by using the term "Embassy", what I meant was the "Immigration office". Can you please suggest what will be the next process. Our check also got cashed. Link to comment
Belle
If all of your petitions are filed, then you just wait for the USCIS action. They either approve or deny your petitions, or issue RFE. Link to comment
