Parent's Last name in passport name not matching with birth certificate

my employer will be processing the case in EB1. Now I have come across a potential problem....

 

**NAMES ARE ILLUSTRATIVE***

 

My Name in Birth Certificate: Tom Jack

Father;s name in passport: Smith Jones

Mother's name in passport: Mary Jones

 

My Name in Passport:  Tom Jack

Father;s name in passport: Smith Jack

Mother's name in passport: Mary Jack

 

 

the root cause of the problem is that during my schooling the last name is incorrectly entered as "Jack" and since then it has been carried forward. All documents, including marksheets and birth certificate are in sync.

 

But the problem is Parent's surname is not in sync.

 

Will this affect the GC processing when I submitting the documents? If so, what are the suggestions?
