vshah555
Hi, Currently, I am on EAD (i.e. my I-140 got approved and it is almost 2 years I am on EAD) and I found new opportunity with same job description and role so I thought of taking that opportunity. I have filed for AC21 portability but my old employer is withdrawing I-140. I wanted to find out whether withdrawing I-140 will cause any issues or since I have filed Ac21 I should be OK. Any help is appreciated... Link to comment

pontevecchio
It means in plain Language keep a Lawyer involved. Do not base life decisions on my 2 cents in the anonymity of a forum. Link to comment
Belle
If you get an RFE or NOID for a job offer, it would be nice to have a lawyer look over your response. Link to comment

ar_prat
Hi vshah, I am in the same situation. My current employer will withdraw the 140 soon as I resign. My new employer will file for AC-21 but I was not sure if I should retain a seperate immigration lawyer just in case there is an RFE or should I wait for 1 such RFE or NOID. Any thoughts?? Thanks, Link to comment
bombayrocking
Hi vshah555, ar_prat, 1) Did you change employer by filing AC21? 2)What happens if previous employer revokes I-140? 3) Anyone seen a lawyer on this? I am in a same situation, hence want to know. Thanks! Link to comment
