Any template (Itinerary & purpose of travel) for Canada Visitor Visa

I am planning to apply Canada visitor visa for my H1B stamping. But i am stuck with the below documents. 

 

1. Itinerary, travel (As i have not booked any tickets, what to mention in this document)

2. Purpose of Travel-Other 

 

If any one has applied through online, could you please provide me the sample template for these two documents?

for itinerary...

call any one of the agent and just say the sample dates and get the itinerary....

You do not neeed itenary to apply the canada visa. it is normal if trip is not planned you can not have itenary.

pupose of travel you can put Tourism.

I did not provide any itenary to apply canadian visitor visa and I got my visa.
