t75
Your husband's employer must be willing to file AND THERE MUST BE NO USC/LPR QUALIFIED FOR AND WANTING THE JOB. It is very likely that there will be many qualified applicants for the job and there for PERM could not go forward. No PERM, no GC. Many more people want a GC than are qualified or can be accommodated. If you want to increase your chances, you need to get out and go to work as well. Link to comment
