Raj2721
I was in USA on different visa and thought of applying for H1B in March 2013 So I contacted this employer to file my H1B, who signed me a contract which states if I leave him before 2 years, I have to pay a penalty. My H1B got approved in Nov 2014, but I never worked for him and took a different employer in different visa in Jan 31st. Can he file a lawsuit against me to pay the penalty? Link to comment
