Blueracer Posted February 8, 2014 Report Share Posted February 8, 2014 Hi I am on AOS with 485 pending under EB3 and principal applicant. I have EAD and my wife has too as a dependent on me. I am still employed full time with my sponsoring company and want to remain that way. My question is, Can S- corp be formed under this status or not? I have read mixed opinions that you have to be a US citizen/permanent resident. Any useful information about this is appreciated. Thank you. Link to comment
