I received a blue slip 221g without any additional documents requested. It had additional admin processing ticked. I was wondering how long does it take for the processing to finish and what are my chances? My client was contacted in second week of Jan but there hasn't been any movement since. I am really worried now. I have left all my belongings in US and I don't know what to do. My wife is all alone in US and she is finding it really tough too. What are my other alternatives right now? If everything is fine you might get a favorable reply. Check with your employer's attorney whether it is ok for your wife to stay on H4 status when the principal applicant is outside US for extended time. Link to comment
