Documents required for B1/B2 visa for step 2cs exam?

Hi. This is Dr Arvind from Bangalore,India.

I need to know the documents that are required by me for applying for a B1/B2 visa for the step 2cs exam . Pls do help me out. 

My status is 25 year old male, single, Done with USMLE step 1  and 2ck. never travelled out of the country before. presently not working. both my maternal uncles are doctors in the US. one is a citizen and the other is not.

So, pls do kindly help me out here.

You will need proof of having registered for the CS. Other than that the relevant consulate sites will give you the documents needed. Where did you do your other steps?
