Hello Experts,

I currently am working on EAD and planning to switch job. The HR at the new employer is recommending to do H1 transfer.

Can the new employer file for H1 given that I am working on EAD ?

Besides, does filing of h1 impact my current EAD process?

Any thoughts or inouts from anyone with similar experience will be highly appreciated.
