Do I need to get my H1B VISA stamped again if I change my employer

I have H1B stamped on my Passport for Employer A ,which is valid till 2015. Currently I am working for Employer B and holding the petition from Employer B.

Again my spouse H4 visa stamped on her passport for employer B.
 

Do I need to go for stamping again if I travel out of the country ? Please suggest.

No, you could use your valid H1B visa till its expiry date.

Not Necessary. On port of Entry you have to show the new employer's I-797.
