I am on EAD valid till Feb 2015 from my previous employer. In the process of doing AC21. This is my second EAD/AP approval, first itme I got separate forms for AP, but not this time, just the card says that it can be used for AP. Am I missing any documents that may be required to renter US ? Or just my EAD card will be ok ? Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted December 30, 2013 Report Share Posted December 30, 2013 EAD is based on your pending AOS and NOT connected to your previous employer. The card is fine. Keep a copy of your Immigration docs in an USB drive. In any case you will go for secondary Inspection and be paroled in as a matter of right though he may try and converse with you. Be factual. catx Posted December 31, 2013 Report Share Posted December 31, 2013 If your "EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD" has "SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE" on the bottom, then it is a EAD / AP combo card and there is no separate AP document (needed for travel). Link to comment
