Visa Approved and Passport NOT recd

Hello All,

 I went for H1B Visa interview on Dec 23rd and they said my Visa is approved but  i see that Visa status check is still showing 'Admin processing'.

 

Can someone tell me the following?

a) Does it mean that there is some problem with my Visa approval process?

b) How long will it be in Admnin Processing?

 

My passport status still shows that it is with post.

Mine is also in the same status. All that I know is before the passport is issued it show under admin processing. I went to Calgary for interview.

Which consulate did you attended and also can you share Questions and experiences please?

25 and 26 were Holidays. 26 is a Boxing Day in Canada. So you might want to wait until next week ( probably tuesday) to get your passport.

I had been to the consulate in Hyderabad(INDIA).

I was asked about my client work location, client letter,salary details and how long were you there in USA.

I now see my status as 'issued'. Waiting for Passport to arrive.
