use of labor approval?

Hi,

My labor got approved, however I 140 is not filed,I'm planning to move to another company, is there any use of labor approved from my current company where I can make use for priority date in new company while starting GC process ?

No, not in the situation as posted above.  A PERM labor certification application always only applies to the specific company and position, and cannot be used for any other company or position.  Further a PERM labor certification application by itself cannot be used to retain a priority date.  A priority date can only be retained with an approved I-140 petition based on a approved PERM labor certification.

No, you can't reuse anything, not even the PD.

The PD can only be reused if an I-140 is approved.
