I want to use that EAD to work as there are more choices. Is there a possibility to come back to my H1B if there is any issue with my husbands Greencard process? I mean would my H1B paused and can I resume back when ever needed? Thanks in advance Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted December 21, 2013 Report Share Posted December 21, 2013 What is the basis of the 7th year H1? Once approved the NIW I-140 is not going to be repealed unless fraud is involved. Use the EAD and get a better job. Practically fool proof. Do not overthink the issue. Link to comment
