Visitor Visa(B2) Appointment in Telugu

I scheduled an Appointment for my parents for B2-Visa in Telugu language. But the Appointment Confirmation says 'Visa Priority - Language'. I was little confused as it doesn't say like the Interview Language is Telugu.
Do you think the interview is still in Telugu or English? Any Ideas?
