Green card process for the crime victim in US...

Hi All,

        I am Bharat. I heard from many regarding murthy firm so just thought to post get some important information that helps me processing green card. Initially I would like to say my current situation and incident I faced here. I came to US on Aug 2007 and after a month met with an incident. I got shot 2 bullets in my stomach by an unknown person while i was on my way to my home. Later I was admitted in Bridgeport Hospital for treatment. I gone through many critical surgeries and finally survived. I went back to India for further treatment and re entered US to continue my studies. Pursued Master Degree in 2011. From then I am working as a Consultant and currently Im in H1B. I heard from many stating I may get green card soon considering my case. So could you please help me regarding the process steps and fee murthy firm charges to deal my case? I appreciate your help. Looking forward for your suggestions. Thanks.

I suspect being a victim of crime however unfortunate is not a matter which will help towards the GC unless in very limited circumstances like extreme violence against women. You may choose to give the firm of Murthy a call and discuss the matter further.
