I guess is i have to wait for next business day to start, to check my status for any updates, since mine was on friday morning.

Do you know any avg times for yellow slips?

hi sandeep,

 

i went for visa stamping on 11th and got 221g for admin processing. as of now it took 3 working days. we may need to patiently wait for some time probably 2 - 3 weeks max. in your case did they take your passport or give it back to you?

 

you may need to extend or renew your canada visa incase you want to stay beyond the expiry date(just my thought).

If i renew, and give passport for canada counslate, and at same time US counslate asks for the same, it would be close call.

And i also read that, i can stay for 90days after expery if had a reason. Any thoughts?

Any updates soo far? I still did not get any update..i gave on December 10th and today is 16th..you are one week behind me..that means i still have to wait this week and next week too? I am really very frustrated..dnt no..whats going on..still CEAC shows "READY"

Hey guys,

 

I am also stuck in a similar situation, VO said everything ok and in 2 days time the status in CEAC was changed to Admin processing.

 

Now i want to go to India but i dont have the passport.

 

Anyone knows how to get back the passport from the consulate?

 

it seems the Toronto Consulate is short staffed and back logged...

 

i am currently staying in etobicoke in a hotel...planning to move out and share accomodation...

 

Anyone planning for a similar move, i will be working on weekdays...
