DS 160 - Question..please let me know your views.

Hi everyone,

 

Actually my F1 visa got stamped on "X" university.. after I came to US, I had transferred Immediately to "Y"  University(not even stayed till 1sem- had just took immediate transfer and with in couple of days I went to "Y" University and completed my masters in "Y" from first sem to till completion).. Here my question is, do I need to mention both university's "X" and "Y" in the DS 160 form or need to provide just "Y" univ info and that will be enough?
