smuggymba
Hi All, I have a quick and urgent question. My PERM has been approved under "Computer Systems Analysts - 15-1121.00" code and I'm have an offer for a "Design Lead / IT Project Manager". I believe the code for Information Technology Project Managers is 15-1199.09. Anyone have first hand experience about using AC21 move from 15-1121.00 to 15-1199.09? When I look at the job description on the website, 50% of the design lead work is same as analyst and only the project management part is different. I recently bought a house and can't afford 485 cancellation and my wife is working too. It's a great offer but I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing. Need to accept the offer pretty soon. pontevecchio
Get a consultation with the firm of Murthy instead of trusting an anonymous reply. As you said it is extremely important for you. Link to comment
Belle
Do you need our opinion, or are you asking if there is a representative sample of people who did exactly your type of AC21. If you are looking for the second, you are in the wrong place. Link to comment
smuggymba
I need both. I will talk to a lawyer but also need first hand info on other people' case. Has anyone used AC21 to move from Analyst to Design Lead / Project Manager? Link to comment

Raj_Chicago
I believe that is the purpose of AC-21 to move forward with the current level of occupation not stay in the current occupation for ever, atleast it can be argued that way. Don't forget to post when you get some legal advise.Good luck ! Link to comment
