Query on H1 B Stamping before 1 month of previous visa.

Hi,

My current H1-B visa is going to end on SEPT 30 this year and also my project on same date,i have applied for extension i have got 3 years of extension where i don't have client letter.

My question is if i go for stamping to Canada this month if by any chance if i got query can i come back to USA as i got still 1 1/2 month visa.

if not what should be my next step ?

with My previous Experience....

They first put stamp on existing Visa like "Cancelled without prejudice"...means old one cancelled before going to new visa interview.... if you are ready for the same... go for it...

But my question is when i get a query then what will be the situation

Can i get into USA as i have 1 1/2 month visa or not !!!

And one more thing is, my first H1-B stamping was from MELBOURNE,AUSTRALIA.Will they(VO) tell me to attend in Home land.

Interesting...

"Cancelled without prejudice" means your Visa cancelled and stay at Canada / Mexico.....

Consult any Immigration Attorney....

Once you appear in the consulate you can;t get back to US with out valid stamp on password. Sorry!
