Need help regarding DS-160

I have my visa interview date on 11th Dec, 10:00 AM in Vancouver, Canada. This is my 2nd time attending the visa interview. 

 

I have a question in DS-160: Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with USCIS?

 

When I attended 1st time H1B Visa interview, I selected 'NO' for this question, because by that time my employer hasn't initiated my GC filing process yet.

 

But now, my employer has initiated the GC processing and I'm in the 2nd stage (Labor got approved and I-140 is under process). Now, I'm going to attend the visa interview after my H1B got extended(i.e 2nd time). But I'm confused about what should be my answer for the above question (Yes/No) in DS-160 form. Can anyone please clarify?

Say Yes .. I mentioned 'Immigration petition filed by xyz company on MM/DD/YYYY'

I believe it should be Yes, sine ur labor is approved. Atleast this is what i did last year after consulting my lawer, when i was in same situation.
