Question Regarding W2

Hi 

 

My H1B started last year October 2012. On W2 wages paid is 48k , non taxable income is 15k on it for the year 2012 but my LCA has 60K. Is there any issue in visa stamping if i go now ?  or shall i wait for 2013 year W2  and go for the stamping in next year??

No issues in stamping. Seems like LCA salary is per year. How can you expect to get the same in 4 months?

Couple of questions.....

Non taxable income is (per diem) on my every pay check. 15k amount looks more. If they ask for the bills, it will be tough to get those bills. Is there any chance of asking those ? if i go in next year  non taxable income on my w2 will be around 1000 -1500. and i can expect 66k on my new w2.  Is it suggestible to wait till next year January and take new W2 n go for the stamping ?
