L1A to GC

hi, 

 

i am in L1A and my i94 extension will expire on aug 2014 (this will complete my 7 years max out),  my company stated they can apply in EB2 category (since i was not as a managerial position outside US), and if i apply GC and get my I140 approved by Aug 2014,

 

wlll i be able to extend my L1 A (Since in aug 2014 i will be maxed out of 7 years ) and continue to apply AOS 

 

 or i have to go out of US after aug 2014?

 

if my L1 A extension is possible - will my spouse be able to apply Dependant L2 and EAD based on my L1 A visa? 

 

Please advice.
