bgt
Hi all I want to share my status and get feedback from people in a same / similar boat with me. Apr 8 apply for H1b (new. w/ regular processing) Sep 13 RFE Oct 18 Rfe response received Oct 30 PP conversion Since oct 30th, my status is "Acceptance". Does it mean PP clock is not started yet? Then, when is it going to be started? It's been a long long trip. I still don't know when it is going to be finished. Link to comment

wacksk
Reciept Date : 22 Oct Status : Acceptance Premium Processing. Link to comment
kwyjibo
You should remember that just because you upgrade your case to premium processing, doesn't mean 15 days guaranteed because if you get an RFE, then the clock stops, and when you reply, it resets again! So it really can be up to 30 days + RFE prep time. If it goes beyond these limits you should get a refund too, and also get help from a lawyer to maybe get a liaison help. Good luck! Link to comment
