3 years BSc Comp science +14 years work exp - eligible for EB2?

Hi All,

 

I keep getting conflicting answers on this one. I have a BSc in computer science degree from india which is 10+2+3 years and 13 years of work experience. Last time my education evaluation was done during H1B transfer as "US bachelor equivalent" based on Indian Bachelor's degree+3 years of work experience.

 

Now i understand that i do not have Masters degree, with my experience can i still apply for EB2 and is there any possibility of rejection in this category because of inadequate education?

EB GC eligibility is decided by the job responsibilities, not your experience.
