I was told that once I have an EAD, and my 485 filing is past six months, I can file an AC21 and change my employer and get a permanant employment. How ever I need to have an offer letter along with the salary details and start date to file the AC21. How can I get an offer letter from someone who is interested in my profile without the knowledge of my current employer who markets me. Can some one help me. Employers are generally greedy and do not want to ever leave you. I do not want to mess up with my GC having come to the last stage. Can anyone help me with this question. Regards Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted October 28, 2013 Report Share Posted October 28, 2013 Why is this important? Get a Lawyer on your side and if you use AC21 your employer cannot do anything. Are you saying that you need him for ever to market you? AC21 is a law and does not necessarily mean you have to inform USCIS unless they raise an RFE. Link to comment

(do u work for a desi consulting compnay?).. in most states it is a law and common practice that the recruiter can not contact your current firm with out your permission. Link to comment
