Hello Everyone,

My employer filed for H1B last month and I got an RFE. I am working for gathering the required documentation for the RFE and its been more than 32 days. It used to say in Initial Review but when I verified today its showing as "

• At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

"

I talked to my employer usually how much time do I wil have to reply for the RFE and she enquired with the attorney which attorney said it will be few months time, so we are ok with this.

 

Now the page is showing like this and I am really worried now and not sure what to do and where exactly I stand now..

 

Any help folks here... Any inputs can be appreciated.

same is with me .. my case was in RFE and was showing your 15 day clock stopped.... my company is preparing for RFE and now it started showing same message.... what to do... what does it mean... please suggest....

looks like some regular maintenance going on... My case is in RFE and today showing this can not be provided information..

They told me to call me after 3:00PM, I see some of the cases are changing to approved.. from previous message..

It says same on mine as well...Talked to attorney she just said not to worry may be some kind of error...As long as we have REF with us we r fine...Any update from you guys.

My H1B extn was applied in premium and I'm also getting the same message from last Thursday... My lawyer replied to the RFE and Im waiting for a response from USCIS.

Nope there are no updates.. but i see some of the cases are approved with today's date.. I think they submitted there RFE on Oct23.. and they had the same error until today..

No change in my status, but i know someone who was in the same boat since thursday but his status changed to approval today. I wish i have a happy ending.

Looks like all the premium processing RFE cases are in this status and moving to approval as soon as they are responded and reviewed.

Before RFE also it was it was in initial review.. They haven't changed to RFE response.. Can you plz email me your number at *****************atgmaildotcom

I am also in the same boat where you are, mine got RFE and till Thursday it was initial review and after that changed to blank and call blah blah number...

I have got an RFE wherein USCIS is asking my employer to provide work order and organisation structure. My employer is insisting to resign from my current job and is assuring (which is of no value) that they will be able to get it approved successfully by providing all the documents

 

Should I trust them and go ahead with my resignation or should I wait until it is approved?

 

Note: Both my current and future employer are reputed consulting firms. My first H1B was approved without any RFE

The RFE was mailed/faxed on 15th. But no change was reflected on the USCIS website. It kept showing original message that clock had stopped till last Thursday when the above message showed. So not sure when clock resumed.

Can those who it got it approved give a timeline of when they saw the message and when it got approved?

Also which center California or Vermont. Thanks!
