After you get the email to send passport, Once you send the passport to Canadian consulate for stamping, Do you get any email confirmation that they received the passport?

No, they wouldnt send any email. Your tracking number on the package is the only way to confirm if the passport is delivered.

After the passport is delivered, then you can contact them to give an update on the status of the passport.
