Zareen Ahsan Posted September 28, 2013 Report Share Posted September 28, 2013 Good Evening, I have a few questions regarding hardship waiver: 1) Beneficiaries of exceptional hardship waiver for J-1 visa needs visa stamping for H1b as internal adjustment of status with in US from J1 to H1b is not allowed. However once the H1b visa is stamped, after that can one adjust status to H4 with in US or will it require visa stamping again? 2) Is it possible to change job after the visa is stamped? Thanks.
