Risks of Changing Job on a Dependent EAD card with Advanced Parole

Hi,
I am looking to transfer my H1B to another company. I am currently on my third H1 extension. My current employer sponsored for my Green card with priority date in july 2007 with EB3 category.
I have been with the same company for the last 9 and half years. In the meantime, i applied for another independent green card application through my wife's company and we have received our EAD cards with advanced parole valid till april 2016.

What are the risks that i have to be aware of when using my EAD card (which i received through my Wife's GC app.) to move Jobs?
