Staffing's company W2 using EAD

Hi,

Having EAD for more than a year and currently working with the GC sponsoring company and .

1.  Is it possible to transfer to staffing company/agency on their W2 using EAD ?
2.  Is it safe if the staffing company provides with EVL (ie will not raise any red flags) ?

 

Has any one tried the same and got GC with no issues.

1. To transfer WHAT?

2. Safe for what?

Should have been clear enough.

 

1. Change the employer to staffing agency/company on their W2 using EAD (basically AC 21).

2.  Doing 1. will not cause any problems if the company provides with the EVL.

1. So... there is nothing to transfer, then. Does that answer the question?

2. Well, that's impossible to tell from your information. Are you trying to claim AC21? Do you qualify for AC21?
