H1 revoked and new petition approved without i94, conslate location Vancouver

My H1 got denied due to site visit and i filed MTR and H1 same time MTR got approved and new H1 got approved same day Aug 19 as per USCIS website. But my old H1 got was reopened and approved and denied same day Aug 19, But as per USCIS record  my MTR got approved on July 19. 

 

Long story short

 

now i have I797B consulate location Vancouver, I have applied for Canada Visa,Waiting. I'm in US now , Will there a problem in VISA stamping since i'm living here without status . I have client letter and all the documents.

MTR is not the status I believe. You better take advise of immigration attorney

I really confused with this MTR. What happens after MTR is approved. In my case previous revocation date change to from may 16 to Aug 19.

Whats MTR approval mean ?

You need an attorney now, you are currently out of status and this WILL create issues.
