I-130 for Brother

Hello,

I am a US Citizen. I have filed an I-130 petition for my brother. After a week, I filed a petition for my parents.

I heard from friends that my brother can come with my parents till he turns to 26. He is 22 now.

So what is the age limit for brother to come with parents?

You heard wrong.

Don't listen to rumors.

When you sponsor your parents, children, no matter what age, are NEVER included.

Can my brother apply for student visa during the processing period of I-130?

I would likely get denied, since the F1 does not allow immigration intent, but the I-130 shows immigration intent.
