Zample10 Posted August 21, 2013 Report Share Posted August 21, 2013 Hi, I am in the U.S on L1 Visa. My Visa expired by 20th July 2013 and my company applied for L1 extension on the same date. I have received the receipt for the same. I would like to know the current processing time trend. I hear that it may take up to 3 months. If my company applies for premium processing, will I get a response for the same within 15 days? With premium processing, does the probability of rejection increase? Link to comment
