I have my first H1B stamp with my Employer A from Dec2009 - Dec2012. Now I changed to Employer B and I transferred my H1B to EmployerB and now my new I797 is valid from May2011 - May2014. So If I am planning to go to Canada on a business trip, so while coming back do I need a new H1B stamp or Can I come with my current H1B stamp which is valid upto Dec 2012 and also showing him my latest I797?
