Hi All, 

My citizenship interview is scheduled for next month. I have been living in the USA for about 14 years. I was out of the country for about 6 months 14 days during my green card time. That was an emergency and indefinite so i had applied for reentry permit and left the country. I came back after 6 months and 14 days. I returned in Feb 2010. Should this be a worrying factor during my interview. I had filed my taxes every year without fail.

Smile and you will be fine. Unless you get a **** retentive Officer which is rare you would have no problems. They may ask what happened. Tell them if they do ask.
