mnm0710
So my employers are all ready to start recruitment and everything but the lawyer that we went through for H1B, says we should wait until closer to October 1st (when H1B will start) to actually file the PERM? My understanding is green card process is independent of any other immigration process so there's no need to wait for a particular status to start or anything? Thoughts. And no I'm not getting involved with the recruitment process. My employers just want to know if they do have to wait until October 1st or if they can start recruiting now. Thanks! Link to comment
