Diya1156
Hi, My father has a valid B2 visa, he visited USA once and the purpose of his earlier trip was he and his partners(construction business) self-sponsored for a 15 day tourism trip to USA(they went through a Tourist organization that planned their entire trip including flight, stay, food and transport within the country). My mother does not have a Visitor visa. I would like to invite my parents now to stay with me and visit USA, does my father need to re-apply for a Visa as the purpose of his earlier trip was slightly different? If I apply only for my mother stating my father has tourist visa, will there be any problem if the VO asks specifically about my father's last visit? Please let me know. Thanks, Diya Link to comment
t75
Have your mother apply. You are worrying unnecessarily, IMO. Link to comment
omshiv
As long as your Dad's Visa hasnt expired..he doesnt need to apply for another. Your mom can also apply. Enjoy time with your parents. Link to comment
