Your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

What does this mean? Has anyone been in this situation before? I have read some posts of similar nature in reference to I 129. Everyone seems to have a different opinion, with no definitie answer. I would greatly appreciate if the users of this forum can shed some light on this issue.

 

Background case history.

H1B visa

I 140 approved in EB2 category with PD of July, 2011

I 130 approved in June, 2013 with PD of April, 2012

New USCIS case update in July, 2013:  your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN
