Disturbia Posted July 6, 2013 Report Share Posted July 6, 2013 Hi My PERM was filed on July 6, 2012 , I got an audit end of October and responded. Since then my PERM is still pending. I don't understand why its taking forever, the DOL now shows July 31 for PERM audits, does it mean they have already processed July 6 priority date? My 6 year H1B is ending this Oct, and extension would be filed now. I asked my attorney to inquire DOL regarding my PERM status, but attorney says that its recommended to ask DOL only if its 3 months beyond the PERM audit date posted on DOL as it shows on the website. I don't know why its taking so long, its 365 days today, and 8 months since we responded to the audit. Is anyone having such delays at all? Link to comment
