I129 Petition Letter and LCA for Visa Interview

Hi folks,

I have my visa appointment in canada, and going through the forum i see the the visa officer sometime asks for i129 petition letter and LCA.

Currently i have the i129 letter and LCA as Attested copies from my attorney. I think the original is submitted to USCIS. 

Is that the case with everyone else ?

 

do we need originals in any case for i129 petition letter or LCA?

Yes, that's correct. You won't get the original 129 or LCA.

yes its the same with everyone else. Copy of it is fine.

The copies should be fine. I don't think we can have any original copies of it, because they will be submitted in original to the USCIS.

Yes. you don't need originals ...It is the same case for everyone else.....you are fine with the photocopies....
