justin9 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2013 Hi folks, I have my visa appointment in canada, and going through the forum i see the the visa officer sometime asks for i129 petition letter and LCA. Currently i have the i129 letter and LCA as Attested copies from my attorney. I think the original is submitted to USCIS. Is that the case with everyone else ? do we need originals in any case for i129 petition letter or LCA? appreciate you responses. Share this post Link to post

sudheer339 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2013 The copies should be fine. I don't think we can have any original copies of it, because they will be submitted in original to the USCIS. Share this post Link to post
