Passport to Canada for visa stamp - I-94?

Hello

 

I applied for Canada tourist visa online from US.

 

Once I get an approval e-mail and when I need to send the passport, should I also send the stapled I-94? Mine is not actually stapled though..

I just want to make sure its not lost or something.

I have sent it double stapled to make sure it wont get lost from passport and submitted to them. for your reference take a scan copy of all pages including I-94 and then submit to them.

I just got mine stamped. I did not sent I-94

Ok..I will staple it and then will send it..I applied 2 weeks back, waiting on response.
