You are reading too much into CIR. It is months away if it ever becomes a law. Don't base your future decisions and your own future upon law that is not even sure if it will be enacted.

Use your own judgement.

I am just curious about what does the current 900 page document say about the possibility of a work permit for foreign students? Are only STEM subjects benefited by this possible reform? In short I would like to know what are the possible benefits for foreign students in USA?
