B1/B2 hep needed

Hi All,

I was hoping someone can clarify this question. My Frd has a valid B1/B2 visa from her previous indian employer. She has resigned and wants to visit me in the US. Can she visit me using the same B1/B2 visa? She did travel to the US earlier on a business trip from her company.

Will she be allowed to use the same visa for personal travel?
If she is allowed, do I need to send any sort of documentation to support her?
