Traveled to US in Feb 2013 and Changed Employer B in June 2013 and have my H1b extended now till 2016. Questions: 1. Can I go to Mexico for stamping ? 2. How many paystubs do i need from my new Employer (Emp B) before i go for stamping ? 3. If my visa is put to 221g Status How long will it take to clear ? 4. MAK07 0 Report post Posted June 5, 2013 1. I think you can't go to Mexico for stamping. But you need to check Employer or lawyer 2. At least 3 - 6 months 3. As per i know it depends upon place to place. 4. Yes i think so ( if you VISA with existing VISA you can come to US ) Share this post Link to post

Atleast 2 and all pay staubs W2's frome meployer A. 3. If my visa is put to 221g Status How long will it take to clear ? No specific time. 1 week to a month. 4. pontevecchio 12 Report post Posted June 6, 2013 It would seem from anecdotal evidence that the first step in the Interview is to cancel the existing visa without prejudice and hence one cannot come back if the visa is delayed. Share this post Link to post
