nevi Posted June 3, 2013 Report Share Posted June 3, 2013 Hi... Currently I am on F2 visa and I got an admission for fall semester starting from Aug 12. As there is not enough time to apply for change of status from here (US), I am planning to get F1 visa from my home country India. But if I go back and my F1 get rejected, then does it affect my F2 status which is good till Dec. 2013 and can I come back after that on F2 visa? Thanks, Link to comment
