Online B2 visa extension processing time Vermont center

Applied for B2 visa extension online for my parents on 05/12/2013 and am getting tensed about when USCIS will process the case? any information on vermont processing times will be helpful.

Current status - application accepted and is pending review.

Recieved a receipt # immediately 05/12/2013

Their current I-94 expires on 07/12/2013....we applied couple months in advance with the reason for extension being taking care of my spouse after C-section and our new born twins.

any information to help us prepare for alternatives will be very helpful. Thanks!!

I did it for my mom and it took exactly 9 weeks(Applied in Feb and got it in April). By the time we got our approval, she has passed her original I-94 date. It shouldn't be a problem if you get it approved.

You need to hire help. The reason for the extension is not a valid one for them to remain in the US. THEY WOULD BE WORKING ILLEGALLY. You and they are a GUESTS in the US and need to OBEY THE RULES.

Send them home properly. If you and they cannot obey US laws, none of you should have come to the US. There are many other people who would love to have the chance and would obey the rules.
